Website shall mean a set of graphics and information materials, as well as hardware making them accessible on the Internet at https://gpbcom.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”);

Automatic processing of personal data shall mean the processing of personal data using computer equipment;

Website administration shall mean the employees authorized to manage the Website and act on behalf of GPB Complect (JSC) that arrange and (or) exercise the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of the processing of personal data, the scope of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) to be carried out with personal data;

Personal data shall mean any information that relates to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable living individual (personal data owner);

Website user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) shall mean an individual accessing the Website and the services thereof through the Internet.

Processing of personal data shall mean any personal data action (operation) or a set of personal data actions (operations) to be carried out with or without relevant automation facilities. Processing of personal data includes, inter alia, the following:

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is drawn up in conformity with the requirements set forth in Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Law”) and applies to all legally protected information being processed on official information resources of GPB Complect (JSC) published on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), including personal data.

2.1. GPB Complect (JSC), the company being located at: 26 Valovaya Str., Municipal District Zamoskvorechye Intra-City Area, Moscow 115054 Russia, is the Website Owner and Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “Website Administration”).

2.2. The Website Administration processes information in conformity with the law applicable in the Russian Federation.

2.3. The Policy contains details of processing, storing and protecting of personal data.

2.4. The Policy applies to all information about Website visitors the Website Administration can obtain.

2.5. When the processing time prescribed by the Policy is over, personal data are erased through deleting thereof from information systems using relevant built-in facilities of the information system in question.

The Website Administration processes User data for specific purposes, and only those data are processed that refer to fulfillment of these purposes.

5.1. The purposes of data processing are the following:

• granting the access to the Website to the User;
• personalizing the services and improving user experience;
• collecting the statistics of the Website visiting by Users and analyzing such statistics.

The Administration implemented sufficient technical and organizational measures to protect the data.

6.1. The measures implemented by the Website Administration are not able to ensure the required level of privacy without the appropriate measures to be taken by the User. The User’s computer shall be completed with an advanced antivirus program with updated bases, have the latest version of the browser and plug-ins, use an advanced operating system. The Website User shall have a basic understanding of computer security and comply with the requirements thereof.
